Bean & Garbanzo: A Perfect Pair, Thanks to Saving Grace
Rescuing shelter dogs not only saves lives,but it changes them. We’ve always believed in adoption, and Saving Grace made that belief a reality.
We adopted Bean from Saving Grace in July 2020 — a sweet, smart pup from the Muppets litter who quickly became the light of our lives. Her gentle nature and joyful spirit made us believe we were ready for a second dog.
In March 2023, fate stepped in again. We met Garbanzo, the only boy in the Beans litter, and it was an instant connection. Bean approved, and we brought him home to complete our perfect pair. Garbanzo (or Banzo, as we call him) is now a 75-pound goofball who adores his sister and is still figuring out the world. He’s helped us grow as dog parents and has brought so much joy and laughter into our home.
Now, Bean and Garbanzo are inseparable. They’ve helped us grow as dog parents and filled our home with love, laughter, and muddy paw prints. We’re forever grateful to Saving Grace for giving them a second chance — and for bringing them to us.
