Axel came into my life in 2023, and he’s been my joy, my comfort, and my constant companion ever since. Rescue isn’t just about giving a dog a home—it’s about love, healing, and finding the one who brings light into your life.

Axel is my best friend when I need one, my clown when I need to laugh, and my cuddle bug when I’m feeling low. I’ve struggled with depression, and Axel has helped me in ways I can’t fully explain. I may have adopted him—but in many ways, he saved me.
I chose Saving Grace because I wanted a companion who needed me as much as I needed him. They didn’t just match me with a dog—they helped me find family. Axel and I were meant to be, and I’m so grateful for the care and thoughtfulness that made our connection possible.
