Saving Grace Helps with Hound Cruelty Case
LUMBERTON — A 25-year-old Pembroke man and 25-year-old Red Springs man face animal cruelty charges in separate cases after the Monday rescue of animals from two locations.
Nehemiah Pate, of 134 Ottmus Road in Pembroke, was charged with 12 counts of misdemeanor cruelty to animals and was placed in the Robeson County Detention Center with a $2,000 secured bond, according to the Robeson County Sheriff’s Office.
