How do I adopt from Saving Grace?

We provide a unique adoption experience to pair you with dogs that fit your needs and profile.

Host a Dog for a Weekend!

Most weekends, we have dogs that would love to sleepover at YOUR house.

Join our Foster Team

Before our guests are ready for adoption, they often need to spend some time in foster getting healthy and socialized. Do you have space in your house and your heart to help out?

Volunteer with Us!

There is always a lot to do both at the farm and off to support the mission of Saving Grace. Let's see if there's something that you can do to help us out!

News from the Saving Grace Family

Going Home Stories

Every day, several pups get adopted into their furever homes. See some of their stories!

Happy Tails

We love to share stories about Saving Grace alumni after they've been in their furever home for awhile. Read others, and share yours!

Our Awesome Volunteers!

We can't do it without our tireless volunteers. Why do they do it? Let's hear from them!

Thanks to everyone who has donated to our Giving Tuesday fundraiser - we have until the end of the week to reach our goal so keep sharing! The link to the fundraiser is below. This little guy is Chubby! He is in our spay/neuter clinic today to have surgery on his eye to correct "Cherry Eye". Cherry eye is when some of the eyelid skin comes out of the eye and has to be sutured back into the eyelid. We have about 100 dogs each year at SG that require this surgery. This costs $200 - $300 in addition to the regular veterinary care each dog receives. Without your sponsorship, Chubby wouldn't be receiving this surgery today. Because of you, he is one step closer to a forever home.Be the reason a dog like Chubby gets the love and care it needs.www.facebook.com/donate/542036787426523/?fundraiser_source=external_url ... A Message from Molly:On the eve of Giving Tuesday, we hope you will consider making a difference by donating to those animals in most need. Here are a few faces of dogs in the Saving Grace clinic today recovering from their spay/neuter surgery. Some had masses to remove, some had care from previous trauma. For most dogs who come to Saving Grace, this is the first time they have ever seen a veterinarian and been evaluated for their medical needs. The only reason they have this opportunity is because someone like you made a donation. At Saving Grace, we work hard to change the world for each dog we meet and this is only possible through generous donations.Click the link below to visit our Giving Tuesday fundraiser:www.facebook.com/donate/542036787426523/ ... He’s a lover, not a hunter, and maybe that’s why Deerfield caught his freedom ride to the farm, but however he got here, we’re glad he did! He’s a hound’s hound with fantastic soft long ears, the cutest wiggle-butt, and affection for anyone who cares to stop by! Volunteer Brandy couldn’t get enough of him during shift, and he was happy to oblige! (One of the many perks of volunteering at the Farm!) Meet this large, friendly lovebug with an adoption request, link in our bio! (More information about how to become a volunteer, also on our website!)#sgadoptme #savinggracenc #rescueismyfavoritebreed #dogsofnc #happydog #doglovers #adoptme #bestfriends #hound ... Awww! My boy is half black and tan coonhound, and I can definitely attest that they have the best personality ❤️

I love this goofy boy!

I saw him Friday at the open house. He was absolutely gorgeous! Not to mention a sweet heart. He loved the attention and seeing everyone stop to say hello. Hope he gets adopted to a loving home.❤️

What a great name for this dog!

I love his “ eye- browns”!

He is also great with children!! Such a big gentle guy with the best ears!

He is just gorgeous!

Zack Kier such a cutie!

What a cute name!

Brian Shew look at himssssssssssss

Brooks Newman Dana Watkins Newman

Gwendolyn GyGy Hawkins

I love his wiggly butt when he wags! He’s a lovely big friendly boy!!

We have a hound from Saving Grace that we adopted a couple years ago. When we went to meet some dogs, both hubby and I said "we're not hound people". Welp, our Vega changed that attitude right quick! She is the sweetest, and I'd match her wiggle butt up against Deerfield any time but I think it'd be a tie! I've never owned such a snuggly dog! Not the best but she rarely sits still.

WARNING: objects in this post may appear smaller than they are! Long-time shift volunteer Jack is a big guy, and so is DK, a huge favorite at the Farm right now! This big chunk of love is over 100 pounds, and his ideal home is familiar with his breed (Cane Corso) and living with very large dogs. He is affectionate, loyal, and may believe he's a lap dog (fair warning!) A fenced-in yard is a must for this big gentle boy! Meet him with an adoption request, link in our bio! ... See MoreSee Less

He’s getting adopted this week ❤️

What a stunning dog!!! So handsome! ❤️❤️❤️🐾🐾

I thought all dogs were lap dogs?

Omgosh I love mastiff breeds!! So happy to hear he's found a home. Otherwise I'd scoop him up 😉😉

So adorable! Our 65 lb SG alum is also sure she's a lap dog.

That’s my boy. I love him so much!!!! He likes to lean right into you and pretty much knocks you over with his love and slobbery kisses.

Beautiful and I think all big dogs think their lap dogs my 180lb great Dane thinks he belongs in my lap even in an office chair 🤣🤣

So hard to view your posts, wanting to adopt every dog I see!

He was the best up there on the float at the parade!!

DK seems to just adore Mr. Jack!💙

That is wonderful new!

He’s adorable!

Love that pooch!

Oh, that wonderful face!

He’s gorgeous

Gorgeous !!!!❤️❤️

How beautiful

Hims beautiful 🤩

Stunning
