Maxine Mart

  • Breed: Rat Terrier
  • Gender: Female
  • Weight: 13 lbs.
  • Cratetrained: Yes
  • Adoption fee: $350

Hi! I am Maxine Mart but my friends call me Maxie. I have been busy recently raising my kids Wally, Mini, Kay, Quickie and Jiffie. Now I'm ready to send them on their way and make a life for myself, so I am taking advantage of Mutt Harmony. I haven't had much of a social life recently but I am ready to turn over a new leaf!

I just love to travel whether it is away for the weekend or around the block to visit the neighbors. I have always been a social butterfly and am ready to meet a companion who will take me along and let me be a very important part of their life. I am a loyal girl who loves to go for walks in the woods and will stick close by my friends and companions. I have really enjoyed riding on the golf cart with my foster family and assisting with farm chores everyday. I am compatible with other pets and animals and everyone I meet.

My friends and family describe me as friendly, fun and adventurous. I am always up for a new situation or place to go. I do not get nervous easily and am confident with my petite frame (I weigh about 13 lbs.). After recently weaning pups, I am getting less and less curvy each day and hope to soon change my description back to slender. While I am finished raising kids myself, I would love to find a home where I will share my time with kids in the house. I like to be held, walked and loved by all! I expect my new companion will be able to provide a comfortable life for me. I have plain tastes and value my family over toys, fancy beds or - heaven forbid - dog outfits! I am trustworthy and am comfortable in my crate until in an established routine and relationship but shouldn't need my crate for very long. If you are interested in scheduling a date with me, please email Saving Grace and submit an application. I am available for a lifetime of love for an adoption fee of $350 that includes my spay, vaccines, microchip, deworming, Frontline for fleas and ticks, heartworm test and prevention.
