Nancy

  • Breed: Labrador-Retriever / Feist
  • Gender: Female
  • Age: Young
  • Size: Medium

Boom! And there you go, there is Firecracker Nancy! This sweet young girl is about the funniest, happiest, bounciest girl who looks like a super small version of a yellow lab. What breed is Nancy? Good question and one we can only gander a guess at combining lab with some fiest and maybe a little bit of smooth haired terrier? That kinda equals mutt and we at SG know those are the best kind. Nancy is about 5 months old and weighs 20 lbs now and is likely to be about 30-35 when full grown. Nancy is not a couch potato and is hoping for a family that will enjoy fun, festivities and outings as much as she! Nancy would LOVE to have a fenced in abck yard in which to race and a canine racing partner would be the bees knees she says. She is a very social gal and rest assured, no one who comes to your house would ever accuse her of being rude or not offering a most welomcing greeting. Nancy is doing well with her crate training and would love to have a family who is invested in teaching her everything there is to know about being part of a family as she very much wants to please and wants to be around people, oh, and loves a good treat so will be highly motivated with that combination of traits. Nancy would be a good match for a family with children who are not toddlers as her exuberance might be a bit much for the crowd that is just learning how to toddle and walk, though we are sure she would love even the smallest ones equally. If you love to laugh, run and are up for anything, Nancy is for sure your girl. Come and meet this little piece of 4th of July in a small package. All puppies and dogs at Saving Grace are crate trained, have been spayed/neutered, are up to date on their shots, are on heartworm preventative and have been microchipped. Their adoption fee is $350.00. Each has been carefully screened for disposition and temperament in order to provide your home with a safe companion that will enjoy life as your new family member. If you are interested in meeting one of our dogs, please e-mail a completed Adoption Application to savinggrace@savinggracenc.org. An Application is required before setting up an appointment to meet with a foster home and potential adoptee. The Adoption Application and Adoption Contract can be downloaded from the Petfinder Homepage or our new website at www.savinggracenc.org or by clicking on the links below: Click here to download an adoption request today. Click here to download an adoption contract. Click to see our events! Sending an Application does not commit you to an adoption, it simply provides us with background information on potential homes. Please review our Adoption Contract before sending an Application to ensure that you will be able to provide the requirements stated in the contract. The Contract must be signed at the time of adoption. Saving Grace is a small, non-profit 501-C3 organization operated by volunteers only. Most of our animals come from rural animal control shelters where lack of space and resources limit their time and adoption possibilities. Thank you for choosing Saving Grace! We look forward to helping you find your new companion and family member.
