It's pretty simple, we just LOVE Lupin. This young man of about 9 months looks a whole lot like a mini version of a black German Shepard. Lupin is not quite full grown at about 40 lbs and will be between 45-50 lbs full grown. Lupin requests a home with a hose, a pool, a bathtub and even a large sink as an option as this boy loves water. By that we mean sitting in it, chasing it, watching it, asking to have more of it sprayed on him and coming back around to look for it when the fun stops. Lupin has shown himself to be a boy who has the ability to focus and attend to his people and would be easily trained to learn about most anything, smarty pants that he is. Lupin is a young and energetic young man and therefore would love a family who will provide regular exercise. He'd be up for running along side his main squeeze and would likely be a great hiker and potential off leash companion once he bonds with his people. While energetic and athletic, Lupin knows his size and is not one to overwhelm and would easily fit into a house with children, as long as they know how to work a hose, pool, sink, you get the gist. Lupin could assimilate into a house with another dog easily but could also be content with your full attention. Lupin has been doing splendidly with crate training with the exception of the huge whole body wiggle he does all the time when he thinks it's time to come out and play. You just will not be able to resist this young ball of smarts, looks and love! All puppies and dogs at Saving Grace are crate trained, have been spayed/neutered, are up to date on their shots, are on heartworm preventative and have been microchipped. Their adoption fee is $350.00. Each has been carefully screened for disposition and temperament in order to provide your home with a safe companion that will enjoy life as your new family member. If you are interested in meeting one of our dogs, please e-mail a completed Adoption Application to An Application is required before setting up an appointment to meet with a foster home and potential adoptee. Please review our Adoption Contract before sending an Application to ensure that you will be able to provide the requirements stated in the contract. The Contract must be signed at the time of adoption. Saving Grace is a small, non-profit 501-C3 organization operated by volunteers only.
