  • Breed: Beagle
  • Gender: Female
  • Age: Adult
  • Size: Small

Jackie is just the sweetest Beagle girl around. We call her Jacquelyn for her more refined status as a lady. She loves to be with her people and is always up for a chin rub, ear scratch or some snuggles. She gets along extremely well with other dogs. She doesnâ??t care if she plays with girls or boys, big or small just as long as they like a good game of â??zoomiesâ? in the yard or house. Jackie has shown a quite young and fun side of her personality in foster care. Itâ??s nothing to see her hauling a baby around the house then burst into a sprint around the kitchen island. She has brought many laughs and smiles to her foster family. Jackie has some scarring on her body and down her rear legs. We do not know the history of these scars, but they havenâ??t seemed to bother her in any way. This fabulous girl uses her crate at night, for mealtime or when her family is away from the house. She also seems to be house trained. She does follow the dogs in her foster home to go out (a lot) but has had no accidents to date. A true lady doesnâ??t reveal her age but we think Jacquelyn is middle aged around 5 years. She is full grown around 20 lbs just the right size to pick up and give a warm hug to. A fenced yard would be really good for her considering she is scent hound and their noses do take them far away from home once on a scent. When not running â??zoomiesâ? or playing with a canine buddy Jackie can be found crashed on a comfy dog bed inside resting up for the next round of playtime. She is a well adjusted dog and will fit in nicely to many family dynamics. All puppies and dogs at Saving Grace are crate trained, have been spayed/neutered, are up to date on their shots, are on heartworm preventative and have been microchipped. Their adoption fee is $350.00. Each has been carefully screened for disposition and temperament in order to provide your home with a safe companion that will enjoy life as your new family member. If you are interested in meeting one of our dogs, please e-mail a completed Adoption Application to An Application is required before setting up an appointment to meet with a foster home and potential adoptee. Please review our Adoption Contract before sending an Application to ensure that you will be able to provide the requirements stated in the contract. The Contract must be signed at the time of adoption. Saving Grace is a small, non-profit 501-C3 organization operated by volunteers only.
