Winnie thinks it's utterly ridiculous to be part of the Early Retirement Club and she is pretty sure she never wanted to be a hunter in the first place and certainly never wanted to have to work so hard with so few creature comforts! Hence, her involvement in the quitters circle! Winnie is a smaller 2 year old lemon beagle who weighs in at about 15 lbs full grown. Winnie is more than ready to be a lady of luxury though really knows very little about that....only heard stories. Moreover, she is a little nervous about whether she has what it takes to make it as such a lady and is therefore hoping for a family who will introduce her to city-fied life in a patient fashion. Leashes will be new for her but she is certain she could master it and might even warrant a leash with a bow or shiny stone of some sort...again all things she has heard about in her travels but never experienced. Televisions, UPS trucks and cook outs all sound interesting as well, but might be a bit intimidating to this little lady initially though certainly something she will come to learn and trust as with all other new things. Winnie, like her cohorts, would do well with another dog and would love to have one as she has never lived as an only dog. If no other dogs are available, some children with whom she can snuggle, cuddle and play would be good too. Line up for this sweet, petite, adorable hunting quitter....she deserves the best of everything and more! All puppies and dogs at Saving Grace are crate trained, have been spayed/neutered, are up to date on their shots, are on heartworm preventative and have been microchipped. Their adoption fee is $350.00. Each has been carefully screened for disposition and temperament in order to provide your home with a safe companion that will enjoy life as your new family member. If you are interested in meeting one of our dogs, please e-mail a completed Adoption Application to An Application is required before setting up an appointment to meet with a foster home and potential adoptee. The Adoption Application and Adoption Contract can be downloaded from the Petfinder Homepage or our new website at or by clicking on the links below: Click here to download an adoption request today. Please review our Adoption Contract before sending an Application to ensure that you will be able to provide the requirements stated in the contract. The Contract must be signed at the time of adoption. Saving Grace is a small, non-profit 501-C3 organization operated by volunteers only. Most of our animals come from rural animal control shelters where lack of space and resources limit their time and adoption possibilities. Thank you for choosing Saving Grace!
